Demographic Characteristics & Organizational Commitment:Studying Interaction Effect among School Teachers

Organizational commitment is one of the most researched areas in behavioral studies. As to an organization backbone for any effectively functioning organization, has received a very special attention by practitioners organization. Age, tenure and gender are antecedents organizational commitment. This paper studies with relation gender, age among private school teachers Lucknow, India. The study also looks into interaction effect understanding Analysis data conducted statistical tools like independent t test, way ANOVA two ways ANOVA. results show that there no significant difference groups grouping regard scores. But both effects significant. Results elaborated upon discussion section.
